Introduction
I'm Roshan Rajkumar Sivakumar — a 22-year-old from Karur, Tamil Nadu, India. I serve as Chief Operating Officer at Sri Jai Groups, where I lead operations analytics and strategic decision-making for the organisation.
My academic path is anything but ordinary: a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Christ University Bangalore, and a dual MBA + Master of Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA — all before turning 23.
Beyond the boardroom, I founded myThrivehood in 2021 — a free educational and career support platform that has since touched thousands of students and young professionals across India. I write, think, and lead with purpose.

A fully integrated 2-year dual-degree programme: MBA from Christ University, Bangalore, combined with a Masters in Decision Analytics (MDA) from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA — including 9 months of international exposure at VCU (2025–2026). Part of the TVW cohort. Competed in Chrizellenz 2024 (3rd prize in Business Analytics), organised USHUS national fest, and actively participated in Pioneer Club events.

3rd Prize in Business Analytics Competition at Christ University's annual national inter-department fest.
Core organising team member for USHUS — Christ University's prestigious national management festival.
Active member and key participant in Pioneer Club — Christ University's entrepreneurship club established in 2002, supporting student ventures and innovative thinking.
Participated in a professional theatre workshop (June 2024) — exploring communication, expression, and presence.
Earned a dual degree from VCU, USA — one of few students from Karur to pursue higher education in the United States.
Founded a free ed-platform at 18 — now serving students and young professionals across India under Dhanam Educational Trust.
