The Legacy

Before any title, Roshan R Sivakumar is a mentor at heart. He's a kind, still-growing public speaker who genuinely cares about the people he talks to, and he wants to see real change in how the manufacturing industry operates. Just as much, he wants to help students and young professionals actually explore their options in career and education, instead of getting stuck following a path just because it's the expected one. That perspective comes from living it twice: building a life and studying in the United States, then bringing everything he learned back home to Tamil Nadu.

Roshan R Sivakumar is Chief Operating Officer of RR HEVIREX Coach Builders in Karur, Tamil Nadu. It's an independent heavy manufacturing company that builds commercial vehicle seating and bus bodies for fleets across India. He runs manufacturing operations day to day, leads lean rollouts, and keeps a close eye on production data, turning mechanical engineering know-how into real gains on the shop floor.

He studied Mechanical Engineering (BE) at M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering, then went on to an MBA in Lean Operations and Systems at Christ University, and finally a Master's in Decision Analytics at Virginia Commonwealth University. That mix is why he treats the factory floor like a live dataset instead of just a production line.

Outside RR HEVIREX, he's Associate VP for Public Relations at Karur Toastmasters and an active member of the American Marketing Association's VCU chapter. Same Industrial Showman energy, just moved from the factory floor to the stage.

He's also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified through KPMG India and holds an Operations Management certificate from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Both feed directly into how he leads: disciplined, data-backed, and always looking for the next process to fix.
