Standing in the spotlight during the official chartering ceremony was an absolutely surreal moment for Roshan R Sivakumar. It's the result of continuous effort, constantly stepping up for new opportunities, and building meaningful networks. Seeing so many driven people gathered for the chartering ceremony was deeply inspiring, and connecting with everyone there gave him the clarity he needed to set his short-term and long-term leadership goals. A massive thank you goes to Madam President TM Jayashree Senthil, for her vision in bringing the Toastmasters experience to Karur, and to every club officer, chartered member, and member of Karur Toastmasters.

On July 25, 2026, he attended the Division A Club Officers Training Program (OTP) in Coimbatore — his very first official training session as Vice President of Membership, and an inspiring one. Surrounded by passionate Toastmasters and Distinguished Toastmasters (DTMs), the rich conversations and shared dedication in the room pushed him to think harder about elevating his own career and leadership skills. From practical leadership best practices to simply sharing a room with people driven to grow, the day was a huge value add heading into an impactful Toastmasters year.
